    "My wife brought her car to walser after it had slid into a curb, bending the frame and making the car shake anytime it moved. Its a 2013 used electric and it's 100% totalled, but the technician (Brian I believe) went ahead and tried to charge her for a tire rotation and oil change for an undrivable vehicle on top of the inspection charge This is either A) a boldfaced attempt to take advantage of a distressed woman and more than double the cost of the requested services, B) gross incompetence on the part of the dealership, prioritizing maximizing profits over actually helping the customer." ...
