            I ordered a Toro Super Recycler walk behind mower on 19 Oct. 2023 and the add said the side chute would be sent free of charge when I registered the item upon request. I registered the mower and requested the chute and have emailed Toro **************** at least 4 times asking about the status and get the same genaric answer that they ordered one for me. I asked for this to be esculated but they say they can't give me status or escuate it to someone that can. I want the whole world to know how bad this company is supporting their customers and I personally think they are just trying to save money by not giving you the chute in the box and they think the customers will never spend the time I have trying to get it.

            Toro replaced a trans-axle on my proline 36' lawn mower. Toro installed a D7 instead of a D6. The trans-axle they installed has failed. According to the Toro website the trans-axles can not be mixed or it will cause damage to the trans-axles. The trans-axles must be installed in matching pairs either two D7 or two D6. I have been trying for months to get this problem solved. Toro replied that the mower had to go to a Toro Dealer. The lawnmower was worked on at the Toro Dealer that sold it to me.Toro has told the dealer that the warranty is over THIS IS NOT A WARRANTY PROBLEM THE WRONG TRAS-AXLE WAS INSTALLED. This part is over a ******** dollars. I do not understand why Toro will not install the correct trans-axle. THIS IS A TORO MISTAKE!
