Paid for 3 night hotel with valet parking. ***** was extra 30 a night for assistance with car and luggage. when we got there we were told to just call down anytime we needed our luggage or car taken care of. We had a large cooler with us. The only time I needed my luggage taken care of and car was the day we were to check out. We ****** diwn at 10 am, we called diwn at ****, then we had to walk the full distance of the hotel to the elevatir and diwn from 5th floor to be told there were no carts or help available **** all the way back up to the room , we then called at **** and again at **** at ************************************************************************************************************************ our room , we hauled it ourselves, mind you we are senior citizens, to the elevator where there was a line and a wirker with 2 empty carts on our floor heading down to the first floor, he looked at us and asked if he could go first, and he did.. didnt take our luggage down or ask if he xould, but got on that elevatir wit 2 empty luggage carts and left us on the 5th floor. I took what I could on the escalator and my friend waited for the elevator. **** finally getting to my car I was told by the valers that my car had been sitting there running for 40 min. Not only dis I lose about 3 hours of my morning and a quarter tank of gas, but my patience was shot and it was my friends birthday and it was ruined.I want this stay completely reimbursed. I called and after being on hold being told I was being tranferred to the ** I hung up and called back. Was put on hold to transfer after the guy told me I hung up just as they were transfereing me. Then about another 15 min passes and a lady came back on the phone and told me she wasnt sure who they were transferei g me too because there wasnt any management there that day!!
