- Unopened regular inventory item in their original packaging are eligible for a refund within 60 days of receiving your order. Time extensions may apply for preordered, back ordered, or reserved products. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns with the exception of the 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee full order return policy. You can expect a refund to your credit card within 48 hours of receiving your product at our warehouse. Products are subject to inspection to ensure they are suitable for resale.
