    Unbelievably disappointed in my experience at this location. I had a very small cavity I was told needed filling. I asked to pre-pay in full before the appointment as I was leaving a cleaning so that I didn't have to worry about budgeting for it. They allowed me to. Great, as it's obvious that I come here, as most people do, to save a little money. That's not what happened. I came in the day of and was told I owed more money. Strange because I paid in full, but OK. I assumed it was something with my insurance so I paid that, but it would have been nice to know when I prepaid. I think it was $60 or $90 more. I had to wait for ********************************************************** back, then sent in some dentist I had never seen. He was nice enough, but didn't spend much time introducing himself. I couldn't even tell you his name. He did the work in under 10 minutes and rushed out without waiting to see if my Invisalign tray fit over the tooth. Then I got a bill in the mail that the dentist they sent to do the work was out of network operating/billing as some LLC. Nobody asked if I was ok with an out of network provider doing the work, and I would have preferred to reschedule if that was the case, especially considering it was so far past my appointment time. I now owe almost $200 extra for something they didn't clear with me or bother to mention. Although I understand needing to get patients through quickly, it would have been decent to ask me. I have been calling and have been unable to reach the billing department, but somehow they are still able to mail me bills. Not everyone has time to wait on hold for over 20 minutes. I am appalled that they would send in an out-of-network dentist (every other dentist I have seen for two years here has been in network) without checking with me and now I'm on the hook for $200 more AND already had to pay more on the day of. This is ridiculous. I would like for someone to call me regarding my bill.
