On June 16, 2022, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. The Consent Order settles allegations that the business failed to obtain a water conditioning permit before beginning water conditioning work, a violation of Minn. Stat. 326B.082, subd. 11(b)(1)(2020) and Minn. R. 1300.0120 (2021). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to ensure they obtain all required permits before beginning water conditioning work in Minnesota and call for final inspections when the work is completed. The monetary penalty is stayed on the condition the business complies with the Order.
