              On 6/21/21 this company came to our property to poly-jack (lift) our concrete stairs. They left the stairs severely stained with chemical spray/drippings on all of the tops of all of the stair surfaces that will not come off. The stairs are not finished, there are huge gaps between the first stair and the driveway as well as all subsequent stairs. Poly foam is leaking out, it looks completely unfinished and it is an eyesore. On the evening that the crew completed the project, I contacted the owner Scott ***** with pictures and details of our concerns. He agreed it was not satisfactorily completed and said he would come out to our property and look at it himself. Even after several additional emails and phones calls, this is the last we have heard from Scott. He will not return emails or phone calls and has cashed both of our checks in the total amount of $1,100. This is unacceptable and if he will not fix it, we need a refund to employ another company to redo the project.
