    On 10/22/24 I chose Honest - 1 ********* of ****** to replace my driver door handle. That was the only item that needed attention. They routinely demand that clients have a diagnostic to see what the "problem" is and they charge $129.00, basically this is above & beyond any repair. I left my car so they could diagnose the problem and have them call me with the cost of repair. I am a senior citizen working part time to off set the cost of living. They called me and said they could replace my door handle as it had failed (I had pointed that out) and they could fix it for $540.00. I told them that was outrageous and I would bring back their loaner car and pick mine up. They called me back within 10 minutes and offered to drop the diagnostic fee and replace my door handle, out the door for $430.00.I declined to use their service. At the time I picked up my car I was required to pay the diagnostic fee which should have been $129.00 although I didn't need one. They added $4.84 for disposal of any waste fluids and they added $12.77 for shop supplies which they never provided or used. My bill to pick up my car was $147.65. This does not represent Honest -1- ********* to me. I feel the diagnostic is unnecessary especially when the problem was pointed out to them. They charged another senior lady a diagnostic fee to replace a tail light. They should be ashamed!!!!

    This place is operating a criminal enterprise. They ripped me off to the tune of $2612 for a job they did not do. One week after they claimed to have fixed my car, the car started giving the same issue and when I took it back, they said told me they could do anything. As I speak, I am pursuing legal action to bring these criminals to justice.

    This place ripped me off from the beginning. Thet charged me ************************************* and brake inspection..car broke down 3 weeks later exaust fell apart and had to get a tow 20 miles back to there shop because he told me he would pay for it ..he lied and now another 500 dollars to fix there mistakes and I have to pay for the toes which is 435 dollars...total bill *************************** a 13 yr old car ..STAY AWAY FROM DISHONEST 1
