I wish there was an option for negative stars. I purchased a tire from them thinking it was new and come to find out it was very used. The tire came with a poorly done patch on the outer wall of the tire which any mechanic/body shop will tell you is a huge liability considering the danger this could cause to the consumer. After calling multiple times and being transfer to an automatic voicemail I spoke with Alex and Robin who were extremely rude stating that the old corroded patch was a nail that I ran over which could not me more opposite of the truth considering nails are not made of rubber. Not to mention I sent over 5 very clear photos. There is clearly tear in the tire with an old dirty patch put in the middle of it. I urge anyone and everyone to avoid do business with this company and hope they become accountable for their actions. It's not so much about the money spent on the tire but the danger I have been put in by being given a tire with a hole on the outer wall off the tire making this tire more susceptible to popping while I'm driving. I truly hope this company gets what it deserves and gets shut down. AVOID AT ALL COST
