On March 1, 2024, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. 326B.082 subd. 11 (b)(1)(5)(8); 326B.84 (2)(2022) and Minn. Rule 2891.0040 subp. 1H (2021). Under terms of the Order, the business agreed to obtain all building permits before work begins and make all required corrections as set in Correction Orders received from inspections by a building official. The business also agreed to pay $2,000.00 of the stayed penalty from a 2022 Consent Order, with the balance of $4,250.00 remaining stayed and a $10,000.00 penalty fully stayed on the condition that the business complies fully with the terms of this Consent Order and has no future violations of any law, rule or order under DLI Authority. The Consent Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law. For more details go to the link below.
