- All products sold by Decorating Den Interiors is of high quality and is guaranteed for 30 days against any defects or workmanship not consistent with industry standards. This guarantee covers materials and workmanship except for issues resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect or from other than normal and ordinary use. Product warranty varies from product to product beyond 30 days. Decorating Den Interiors consults with manufacturers and suppliers for various issues that may result after the 30 day window. If an exchange is requested for a purchase for one of similar value, an alternative selection for an exchange fee of 33 1/3% of the purchase price will be offered. In addition to the exchange fee, the client will be required to pay the cost of removal and replacement labor, repackaging and shipping, and the increase in pricing between the original and the alternative selected. This exchange must be made within 30 days of the delivery or installation as applicable.
