I live off of ****************. in **********, ********. Precision Property owns a duplex on the Southeast corner of ****************. There is trash all over the property. The tenant is storing some belongings on the front porch and there has to be several adults living there. The has been a camper parked across the street that belongs to the tenant of one of the duplexes and there are supposedly people living in the camper. We have called the authorities who have been out mutipl times. We have all tried to reach someone at this business asking them to address these issues but they, the management company, won't return our calls.

Since March of 2020 it has been impossible to reach anyone in the office due to COVID-19. There has been twice the water pipes from the apartment above me has burst and turned my whole bathroom into a shower. I had to wait close to a week of not a week for it to be corrected the first time and at least 2 days the se one time. I've had simple questions that I'd leave on the voicemails when I called and no one would call back or if they did it was someone who couldn't answer my questions. I was finally able to reach the owner one day after finding out they had my car towed from my home( registered to me and the address it was parked at, tags were NOT expired, only had a flat tire) and asked her about that and began to tell her there's been serious things goin on with no way to contact anybody about it and it became a screaming match cause she was upset for whatever reason. Once leaving the conversation she decided she wanted to terminate my tenancy because I was month to month and she only needed to give me a 30 days notice. Only reason I was month to month is cause I was due to re sign my lease March 12, 2020, I had a baby March 8 and didn't get out the Hospital until March 11 the very day most of the world shut down due to COVID-19 and by March 12, 2020 you couldn't contact anyone in the office. Leaving me no choice but to be month you month. They put a note on the door saying they are not in the office, please don't knock on the door and someone will be in to check messages a couple times a week. They're voicemail even SAID only call maintenance number if it's a life or death emergency as if anyone would be calling maintenance in a life or death situation. I addressed the voicemail to her and it now she changed it.
