  Their parts are all from China despite "made in house" boasts. You can easily find their bill of ladens online. Customer service is horrible. Rude at best. If you criticize any of their parts or practices online you get harassed by the owner and simply called a hater and he will try and undercut your character. Their tuning for cars is horrid, and there's multiple platforms of vehicles, that a simple search on google will show the above noted happening in each segment. Parts often fail and are simply blamed on customer. Good luck getting a refund on anything. They simply give you a store credit to keep your money with the company no matter what. There's a page on facebook - zzp customer service fails that outlines with screenshots how horribly they treat people when they're called out on them. Spend your money elsewhere at any cost. On alibaba if you put zzp their products come up. All they do is tack weld on or cut out their name in the same products and mark it all up. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

  I purchased a zzp wastegate acuator from them for my Chevy sonic. The internal part on this has been faulty ever since last year. It’s coming up on a year of having this product and it’s nothing but a piece of junk. Yet all i get is send us logs and get a tune. When i have the preload of the product set to under the amount that won’t do anything to the car or motor not even the ecm. They won’t do anything to resolve this issue. And i can’t wait for the ****** response i get from them on here because they’re nothing but lying pieces of garbage.

  These guys reviewed my order last year. I ordered 105lb comp cam springs. I asked them many questions regarding if I had the right parts. I went ahead with my order. I never got around to assembly until 1 year later. That is when I found out the 105lb I may get valve lift. This is a problem. My entire order is still in its boxes. I asked if they would exchange them they only agreed after I was complaining. A credit which is fine. When I asked when the 136lb springs would be in I was told no ETA. Ok I spent a couple grand last year, go Friggin find out for me bud. To me it's ridiculous. Word for the wise, make sure your order is perfect cause these guys don't care.

  I purchased the zzperformance aluminum flywheel $300 and both throw out bearing spacers $100 for my 2009 cobalt ss turbo 2.0l. Mind you i also bought a $750 clutch master clutch to go in the car as well. Had a master technician for Chevrolet (my father) put the parts in for me at the dealership cause I don't have access to a lift. He got the whole clutch assembly and flywheel in and the car and it wouldn't shift into gear. I then bought both spacers for the throw out bearing and had both of those installed. Blue spacer (.25in) put me in full neutral and Black spacer the pedal was engaging and disengaging at the floor and also once the car got hot would no longer go into gear at all. Neither is good though and so is spending 400 dollars on parts that don't work at all. The flywheel was measured and is almost .3 inch thinner than the clutch master flywheel that I had to purchase to make my car work Ryan D told me that my dad doesn't know how to measure. $377 later my car is driving again yall don't know how to measure just found a way to charge people for more parts to break there car faster. They won't accept responsibility for it so now I'm here. Don't buy there aluminum flywheel or spacers unless you buying a cheap ass clutch that you are willing to do every year.
