  This company has been very unprofessional with me. Ive been waiting since 6/2022 for a new window wall to my balcony. ****** was the rep that I signed a contract with on 5/24/22.At that time I gave her a check for a large down payment on the contracted amount. That check was cashed 5/31/22.When I called her for an update on 9/28/22 I had to leave a voice mail. I also sent her an email requesting an update for installation. She did not call or email me back. I called the main number for Majic and spoke to Faith. She said that my window may be in by 10/17/22 and that she would call me when it came in and schedule an install date. She called back and scheduled install for 10/26/22. They did not show up between the 8am & 10am hour given. I got a call from a man after 10am saying that they would not come today due to rain. It was rescheduled for the next day. ***** came out and after less than an hour determined that he would not be able to get the window up to my second floor unit. He said he would try to get help and left. He did not return and no one called me back. 11/1/22 a different installer came out name ****. He determined that he could not install the window either. He said a new window would have to be ordered. After calling the office I was told that a rush order was placed 11/3/22 . ***** said it would take 3 to 4 weeks. I spoke to manager ***** last who gave me his ext no. I called the managers number 12/7/22 for an update . No answer so I left him a message. He still has not called me back. I would rather get my deposit back than do further business with them.

  Just had our tub removed and a shower installed. It looks fantastic and Bill, the installer did a great job. The only problem was the time from when I signed the contact to the installation. I signed a contract on August 18, 2022 and the installation wasnt done until December 17, 2022. The sales rep had said it would installed by Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, I didnt get that in writing. Again, not the installers fault, but beware of the sales rep.

  Reliable company. Products are exceptional. They stand behind their work.Our bath enclosure is over 20 years old and still looks like new.Windows are fantastic.
