      Worst company possible wont cover the stuff they say they will even with all the proof you need and then sticks you with the charges for having a rental from the dealership

      The customer had a claim and submitted maintenance documents that were requested. The documentation was submitted and reviewed. It did not meet the standards required by the warranty terms and conditions that the customer signed and agreed to or the *************** of ********** Regulation (BAR). The receipts were from a detail shop that had no Michigan BAR license on the receipt as required by law and did not indicate a certified mechanics Michigan BAR number either. Furthermore the receipt numbers were 2 numerical numbers apart in a 6 month period, unlikely anyone could stay in business with 2 customers in 6 months. Therefore the claim was ineligible for consideration and the rental cost was the responsibility of the customer, The documentation was deemed to be ineligible as a detail shop in a residential home is not considered a licensed commercial mechanical repair facility under the Michigan BAR requirements.
