    EVO MERCHANT SERVICES We have had Evo Credit Card Services for our ******************* for 5 years and I kept getting all these hidden fees on our bill every month which they withdraw electronic every month. 2 months ago, they added $195 to our bill for an infrastructure fee on top of our already hidden charges which doubled our bill. I had been looking for a company to replace them and when I closed EVO and sent back the Credit Card machine and made several calls to make sure they received it and they did and I asked if I owed anymore fees and was told NO. A few days later when I got on my bank account for the office, there was a charge of $495 from them!!!!!! I called and they said it was in the contract when I signed up, I had to send a written notice ***** days before canceling and also to cancel on a yearly contract which I never got any or never had anything from them telling me it was up (sounds like an evergreen clause which should be illegal)! They would not work with me on this and kept saying" its in the contract!" When I got on with them, on their quote, it says Avoid hassles, hidden or extra charges, cancellation expenses, etc. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS BAD COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

    EVO merchant services, with NO notification to me, deducted $625.25 on 2/1/24 from my bank account for their infrastructure upgrade. Over the past year, they have also increased my monthly charges, also without notification. An upgrade to their systems should be at their expense!Extremely POOR way to do business.
