Big Picture has exhibited zero interested in assisting with my loan (as a returning customer with perfect, early payment history on all prior loans) on my current loan. I've experienced tremendous financial hardship due to multiple surgeries and job loss (no fault of my own and only a couple months after being promoted).
I was also unaware Big Picture's exceeds Ohio's legal interest rate cap and that you're aware of the legal precedents against tribal lenders operating outside reservation boundaries.
I am requesting a full debt waiver due to the continued harassment and FDCPA violations. I will be contacting my state's Attorney General and relevant regulatory bodies if a resolution cannot be reached.

This company preapproved me for a $3,000 loan. I applied and was offered a loan of $550 with an APR ******%. Called and was transferred to a supervisor to see if there was any way to change the APR and was told no because it was automatically generated. For a $550 loan I would need to pay them $1,762 back for a total of $2,312.91. This is completely absurd. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do not use this company for a loan.

I was trying for a loan through Big Picture Loans and was approved for ******* and after all personal info given to them they tell us for ******* we will be charged over ******* in interest. Talk about taking advantage of people who need help! I cancelled the appilication and 5 seconds after I cancel they call me. Be careful my friends they are not wanting to help you, they are trying to rob you blind. Wow!! Tripling the loan plus some for profit. I'm so grateful I pulled out, but what concerns me is they obviously have my personal info or they could not have called me so quickly when I cancelled. I called BBB, so hopefully Big Pictures will not scam me or others plus give out the info I gave them. We will be watching to see if anything comes of it.

For anyone who obtained a loan from Big Picture Loans between June 22, 2013 to May, 1, 2024 - theres currently an active class action lawsuit. I took out a small loan from them back in 2021 and received an email regarding this lawsuit with all of the details. ********************************** is the lawsuit website which goes over all the details regarding the lawsuit. Check your email (spam too) and look for an email from ******** v ********** Settlement and you will have a notice ID and pin. You can then enter those credentials on the website to see if you qualify for compensation. This company gouged customers and now have to pay up/cancel **********************. This review may seem weird ok first glance, but I assure you I am real, a former loan obtaineee from Big Picture Loans, and this is only to inform those who also got gouged. My estimated return is 104 and some change. So make sure you get what youre owed out of these idiots.

I got a loan from this company and it is ridiculous how high their interest rate is. I regret ever borrowing from them. I do believe this company should be investigated.

They make clear that their interest rates are extremely high when signing up. However their customer service is awful. You cant make online payments. Their inability to verify accounts is suspicious. If you can please avoid this company completely.

This company is robbing me. Borrowed $1000 and 2 months later I owe $1200.every payment has gone to the interest only. Ive paid over $1000 the loan amount is rising. This is so stressful. How do you get out of the debt you thought would help you to get out of debt. This should be illegal!

DO NOT USE! Please find another lender or you'll be paying back over 5x what you borrowed (paying back early barely saves you any money either).I don't know how this place is showing an A+ on the BBB ********************** (even though it's not BBB accredited), but it's very misleading to potential borrowers that want to see if Big Picture loans is a reputable lender. DO NOT Borrow $$ from this place! They're fees and interest should not be allowed. I borrowed $500 4 months ago and have made eight payments of $98.69, totaling $789.52. I went online yesterday as I was going to pay-off the loan early and the pay-off is still showing as $524 ($497.04 in Principal due, $26.96 in Interest). ,Again, I only borrowed $500 in mid-November and they've received $789.52 to date. I thought their online portal must have been reporting an incorrect pay-off, so I emailed their support email. Nope, they replied back that I, somehow, still owe $497 in Principal. So the $789 they've received to-date, they only applied $3 to principal and pocketed the other $786 in feeds and interest??So my recommendation to anyone in a bind and you think you'll be able to pay the loan off early and save money, Do Not Use Big Picture Loan if you can find an alternative. When I pay this ridiculous loan off early this week, they'll be getting over $1300 for a $500 loan and this is with me paying it off 18 payments (8 months) early. I assure you you'll regret giving them you're money after they charge you $2565.70 for borrowing $500 if you are not able to pay back the original loan early. Run away as fast as you can!!

I am writing to say this company should be ashamed of themselves for the fees they charge to a person in desperate need. The people that use this company are very vulnerable and have no place else to turn and they finish squashing them in the ground by charging ridiculous fees that goes directly into their pocket and does not reduce the principal balance at all.I "borrowed" $****** and they deducted $106.96 from my account EVERY TWO WEEKS (from 9/15/23 to 12/1/2023), which totals $641.76. This is criminal.I scrapped up some money to pay this crooked "loan" off and the payoff amount was $543.08. Which means, ****** cost me, $1,184.84. I really feel like crying but this was definitely a ****** learned for me and I plan to share this with others!Had I not came up with the money and followed your payment schedule, $****** would have cost me, $2,565.98. I don't know how they can sleep at night doing this to people.Merry Christmas!*********************
