    I purchased a Warrior hockey stick for my son. The stick broke and was under warranty. I contacted the company, filled out the return authorization form and was approved. I sent a follow up e-mail to customer service asking that the new stick be sent to my sons current address. I received an e-mail back stating: Hi *****, Your replacement order has been updated to the new address in NC. Thank you, ************* ******************** and Brine Sports ************ www.warrior.com A few weeks from this communication the stick was sent to the wrong address. I went ahead and paid the shipping fee to have it shipped to the correct address and then reached out to their customer care looking for reimbursement for shipping costs. I then received the following message: Hi *****, Unfortunately we are unable to refund for that as we do not cover mailing fees outside of things being sent to us or from us to a specific address. I do see that the address was updated as confirmed, but if the warehouse had already started working on this and the label was created, that is unfortunately where the order will be sent to. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you, ************* ******************** and Brine Sports ************ www.warrior.com As the customer, I contacted the company and updated the shipping address. They confirmed the update. They then sent it to the wrong address and state that they cannot reimburse me for their mistake. As the customer what else could I have done to ensure they did their job correctly? As this is their error, I would expect the shipping fees to be reimbursed to me. If it was my mistake, I would most certainly be held responsible for the associated costs.
