    Dave/Brad Visser Builders are in BREACH of CONTRACT. We hired an Attorney with a list of things that were never completed/repaired. Our Attorney also sent a subpoena to credit union holding mortgage requesting to see all certified receipts and sworn statements per Michigan Law MCL570.1110(1)(b). Credit Union refused stating Visser builders do not want you to have them. We found many accounting errors and thousands of dollars in overage charges that they had to credit and remove from their change orders. Visser Builders increased price of home to include upgrades we requested and then did not give us the upgrades as discussed and kept that money. We had to pay out of pocket again for our upgrades. Dave Visser told us it was a GOD sent as there was a substantial refund as lumber prices had dropped since we 1st talked and then refused to credit us stating nothing says we have to give it to you and they kept that money. Visser Builders kept us in a continual cycle that they knew nothing about issues even after speaking to them about it, sending texts, and emailing them many times of the same issues over and over again. Dave Visser would get belligerent when questioned, most times refuse to answer, would try to manipulate agreement as written and was disrespectful to my wife. We were threatened many times that they would not finish our home. We found we could not trust their signed agreement, their word or promises. To write a review of all the issues in this very stressful building process would take many pages. We hope this will save many others from the anxiety and nightmare of the building process with Dave/Brad Visser Builders. We are not 1st time home Builders and had enjoyed the building process in the past with custom builders that had integrity. We give Dave/Brad Visser negative, negative, negative rating!
