    A couple months ago I was a member of the vip for $4.95 but canceled because I wasnt using it. But I recently re-subscribed and they have made some awesome changes and really made it a whole lot better. I use it almost daily now. I love this membership. It saves me so much money that $4.95 a month is nothing. I told my friends and family to sign up and they love it too. Thanks for helping me save!

    This company is a scam. I purchased over $80 in cameras and they were defective. It took an act of congress to get a return label to return them for a refund. Which I have not received over 2 weeks later of return. They are trying to say I returned an SD card woth $13 instead of 2 cameras purchased from them at over $80. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You can not speak to a live person it's all done via text or email which is very inconvenient. It takes them 24 hours per email or text to reply so it takes FOREVER to get anything done.

Our phone number is a voicemail only line, so we can reply to customers via text or email and maintain a written record of all inquiries and resolutions. In our emails, we apologized for the confusion that happened on our end with the return shipping labels reversed for the products you were sending back. As we explained, the return label you used to return the cameras was actually issued for the ** card, which is why there was some confusion with our system. But we were quick to reply and refund the misunderstanding, as were you to show your appreciation of us resolving the matter so quickly.

    I wanted to cancel as I didn't think I had signed up to be billed for their service. I sent one email requesting a complete refund for all billed funds and a confirmation email. This was accomplished in less than 24 hrs, without any further questions, with complete refunds for all billed funds appearing in my bank account immediately. I greatly appreciated the no-hassle process.

    First - I have no personal connections with Toponlinebargains.Second, I rarely give reviews. I am now, because I just had a wonderful experience with this company. I placed an order but really messed it up. I inadvertently clicked on a button and ordered items I did not want. I figured that's that but decided to mail them anyways. I told them what had happened and in less than 30 minutes my PayPal account was corrected and my order was configured as I wanted it.
