    Jeep will not extend oild changes that are set to expire that were paid for up front. Hybrid work schedule came out after the purchase so I have been driving much less. **************** transferred a call 4 times to just eventually be given a case # to the ********************* I requested a manager and they constantly say no manager is available and that I would get a call back. I called back in with the case # and they advised the case was closed. I asked for it to be re-opened and a new case # was given to me and no reason given as to why it was closed or denied. Called back again since I did not get a call back (was told would receive a call in 1-2 days) and then advised again the case was closed with no reason. Asked for a manager and they again said can't do so and would give a call back. This is after I had to get a new transmission with under $75,000 miles. I have had all recommended services performed within the required time frame and they advised out of warranty and the ** warranty was not valid because the transmission wasn't serviced yet. I was and still am under $75,000 (recommended service time frame for the ** warranty). Jeep has no "customer care" or "good will" and provides a poor product. I warn against anyone buying a Jeep unless they are able to drop thousands of dollars on repairs far sooner than they should ever be needed. Also, if you need help from customer service you will be sent to as many departments as they can find until you give up. Horrible customer service and horrible product.
