    I've asked these people 3 times to remove me from whatever contact lists. 6/30/25 at 4:35pm I finally called them after receiving their fake formatted check in the mail. You know the ones? It has opening instructions on the reverse side. The fake check alone is enough to irritate me! Like I said I called, a woman answers the phone, after I asked to be removed she promptly hangs up on me! Imagine that! They hang up on you for asking a tough question? how do you think they'll treat you when you actually put pen to paper? Anyway I called back and was literally past around until their "tough guy" answers. Oh he's going to tell me now! I must have said the words "REMOVE ME" 15 or 20 times before I hung up on him trying to prove me wrong.These people are greasy at best, any review praising them should be investigated. Last, IF I'M NOT REMOVED FROM YOUR CONTACT LISTS I PROMISE I WILL DO WHAT I CAN TO MAKE THEIR LIFE MISERABLE. Even sue.Have a nice day!

    I can't put 0. This is bordering on the lines of criminal harassment. Wasted so much of my time. Considering suing. Please I'm an executive and it's wasting my very precious and expensive time. Absolutely terrible company.

    Absolutely atrocious customer servicerude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. After calling for the fourth time to request removal from their mailing list, I was met with pure sarcasm from a male employee named ****** His response? "Yeah, yeah, Im doing it now. Bye."before abruptly hanging up.When I contacted headquarters, they casually shifted the blame, claiming that a third-party vendorwhom they conveniently cant controlis responsible for the relentless weekly harassment. In other words, this company is selling your personal information, allowing this third-party to ******* you with refinance offers.A business that disregards potential customer concerns, fails to take responsibility, and enables this kind of harassment deserves zero stars.

    The process went through but a total bait and switch. I was promised a stream lined process in 6mos but no one answers in the Michigan office and my originator is no longer affiliated with them. Wondering what's going on.

    My Loan Officer, ****** ******, was fantastic! She not only kept in touch with me almost daily, but facilitated the interactions I had with her colleagues in the other departments involved in my loan process. If anyone is thinking of doing an equity withdrawal/refinance ****** is the one to work with. I should note that the process was rapid and took under 30 days to close. I feel very fortunate that she was my Loan Officer in this transaction.
