Received unwanted mail and asked to be removed from mailing list. Instead of just complying I was harassed by a pompous individual that reviewed my credit history and commented on such without my permission or inquiry. He did so with an arrogant attitude and never removed me from their list. Looking at other complaints this is common procedures. He also stated that their company works on behalf of the ***********************, this is blatant misrepresentation and they should be reported LLC NMLS #*******Business Response

Lending Force is the company that is handling my home refinance. We have had nothing but problems with them. Trying to get someone from the company to contact me is very difficult. I have been told three definite different closing dates and two or three tentative closing dates. Hours before we are supposed to close, something always comes up to prevent the closing from happening. I am confused on why a closing date would be given if not all the paper work was in order? The original closing date was over a week ago. Once was a revision on the appraisal, then waiting on the title search, waiting on the bank for clear to close, the mortgage company not contacting Lending Force, the mortgage company not being able to get the right title. There always seems to be an excuse, and when one excuse is resolved something else always comes up. I have tried for multiple days to get in contact with someone at Lending Force, and I always end up talking to a voicemail. My voicemails are never returned. I am being ignored at this point. They seem to have shady business practices and I have gotten several revisions to the loan terms. They are draining me of money. I would like to go with someone else at this point, but I do not want to have to get another appraisal. I would like to talk to someone from Lending Force that can actually help me close on my home. I am tired of excuses and blaming others. I want things done.Business Response

I have been working with this business for 2 months to refinance my VA Loan. I was supposed to close in Monday 6/30/25. I could not get anyone to call me back or return an email. They gave me some excuse they were moving offices but they gave me that excuse LAST month when we were supposed to close. I have dished out money to get my home repaired and need to refinance because I am a disabled veteran and I just recently lost my 49 y/o husband and can't live alone safely without updating my bathroom and kitchen. This is a direct threat against a government VA loan with these scammers. They say they have a legitimate business but after reading all of the other complaints they are still accredited for some reason. They are messing with VA LOANS from veterans!Business Response

I am getting numerous unsolicited calls everyday. I have asked to be removed from their list multiple times. Instead, I receive harassing phone calls from one specific representative. I have started tracking these calls and will be pursuing legal action if it does not stop.Business Response

I was contacted by a Lending Force employee named ******** *************) telling me their company could lower my interest rate. After approximately a month of adjusting the erroneous documents they finally sent document that i aggred to. The aggreement had no escrow and Lending force would pay the first year home insurance of $11772.00. On the day of the closing the payment was missing. After calling Brinttany, witness by the notary , She stated the two problems would be taken care of. The two areas were The $1172.00 and the first payment date that i wanted was 06/28/2025. Neither request was done. I should not have signed knowing this would be an issues.Business Response

They have made numerous unsolicited phone calls despite me being on the national do not call list and demanding they remove me from their call list. They will not! They try to continue the conversation and become incredibly rude and threatening. I have blocked every single number they call from and they still call me. The problem with Lending Force, LLC of ************* (a mortgage brokerage company) from early December 2024 and continues as we continue to dispute and file complaints regarding their deceptive business practices. This involves deceptive practices, mis-representation and fraudulent inducement in the refinancing of a home mortgage, predatory lending targeting seniors, abuse of VA Loan Guarantee Program, unauthorized debits from our bank account and an unauthorized hard-credit pull. In short, the brokers/Lending Force stated (in writing and verbally - very emphatically and repeatedly) one set of terms but delivered another and then blamed the *********************** for what they called an error (omission of taxes in escrow) to make it look like the payment we'd be expecting would be lower. They provided the lower rate in preliminary closing documents, stated the lower rate over and over again, including at the Closing table. The quote was always your payment will be around $2600 with taxes and insurance included. However the set of documents they provided us was different from what they provided the lender and Notary for our signing. Then they deliberately arranged the Closing for Christmas Eve and provided us the Prelims only hours earlier. When we suggested rescheduling, they used scare tactics and reminded us that the Prelims were the exact duplicate of the official docs **************** Further, they obtained our bank information (debit card) saying it's just for security. Then took $700 from out account. They obtained the non borrower wife's ssn, saying its just to have on hold with the Lender. Then used it to perform a hard-credit pull on the non-borrower's credit file - falsely presenting her as the "VA Borrower" when the Husband is. Then the CEO offered us $2500 check for us to just "put it all behind us". There's so much more. Very bad experience and now we are at a $3300 monthly mortgage, when they led us to believe it would be $2600.Business Response

Lending Force has been blowing up my phone the last few months. They always call from a weird number that cannot be called back. Several times I've asked to please take me off their list and they hang up on me while I'm speaking. Each and every time!This is getting ridiculous!Business Response
