?? Caution: ****** West (TW) Disappointing Experience I purchased a used 2019 ****** Camry from ****** West (TW) that was sold As Is. After a minor front-end fender ******, I took the car to a reputable ****** collision center. During inspection, I learned that the vehicle had been in a previous, unrelated accident which was only partially disclosed at the time of purchase.Following the collision centers advice, I contacted ***** ****, the General Manager at ***********. Mr. **** initially spoke with me briefly and asked to be kept informed. However, his response appeared to be more of a polite formality than genuine concern. Once the vehicle was disassembled and the extent of the prior damage was confirmed, Mr. **** became completely unresponsive, ignoring multiple calls and texts from both me and the ****** collision centers manager.Lastly, ***** ****** lack of integrity and accountability is deeply disappointing. As an executive, consistently not answering calls is irresponsible as it exhibits a failure of critical leadership duties, including but not limited to accountability, clear communication, and organizational effectiveness. Selling vehicles with a questionable accident history and then refusing to assist when issues arise reflects a troubling money over people mindset. Its unprofessional, unethical, and undermines trust in the ****** brand. I will never purchase another vehicle from ****** West, and I strongly urge anyone considering buying a used car, especially one sold As Is, to have it independently inspected by a neutral body shop before completing the purchase. ****** customers deserve honesty and transparency. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with ****** West.Kindly,*******

False advertising, misleading information. The pre-qualified function is misleading and false. It gives false terms and payment information different from the dealership, in order for you to go in to test drive and then be given payment plans *************** completely different from the cars.com terms. I am extremely upset that I was lured down to a dealership under false pretenses and misinformation, in order to be offered purchase terms I was not expecting.
