I signed up with this company because I was told they could save me money. I explained the fees we were paying and that we were not in a lease and they said we were not getting the lowest rate and never mentioned leasing equipment. They didn't provide me a break down of rate and never told me I would be paying a rental fee for the equipment and a service fee and taxes. They also did not mention that our customers could only charge $1000.00 through the credit card machine which cost us many lost sales. When I called to find out what the problem was they said we had to contact the underwriting department to support a higher ticket request and had to wait 5 business days for them to raise the transaction amount which still was only raised to *****. We have items in our business with ticket amounts higher then that. The person we spoke with that opened this account is no longer reachable by phone the number has been disconnected. We need to send the equipment back and cancel the service which we have no number to call or address to send it back to. After reading other complaints we see that the address on the box that we received the equipment in is not the address to send it back to. This company is a fraud and should be shut down. Please help us shut this account and let us know where to send back the equipment.
