    I purchased my new home from Eastwood Custom Homes and it could not have gone more smoothly. **** and ***** were wonderful to work with and couldn't have been nicer. The company went the extra mile to assist and every employee I worked with was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. ****, the owner even met me at my house on several occasions to answer questions and clarify what I was looking for on several custom cupboard installations. The quality and workmanship of my home is wonderful and I'm extremely happy that I purchased from Eastwood.

    How is my water heater older than my house? I grew-up with the owners, and they still cut every possible corner. There are two windows they NEVER caulked, seams never taped, my slab floor has machine marks that show through the flooring, the flooring planks dont meet leaving cracks for dirt, ect. Now were replacing the tub because it is cracked and found a square foot of spray foam encasing faucet pipe. What? Who does this?

    I have been completely ripped off by this company I see everyone is happy in these home they provide yet the contractors building them get ripped off underappreciated for the work they do.

    I just want to say how amazing the staff at Eastwood custom homes is. Im a single mom whom was looking for a home to start a new life in with my kids and it may have been a long process but totally worth it even when I was discouraged they stayed positive for me and helped me every step of the way. Thank you *****, *****, and **** for all your hard work and dedication in helping me start my new journey!

    Our home building process with Eastwood Homes has been nothing but exceptional! We started the process while we were in Florida in the spring and we were able to move in here in Northern Michigan by the end of September! The process was very smooth and both Bill C and Scott P were always quick to answers any question that arose no matter how small it may have been. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality home!
