    Contracted with Schlegel to remove and replace plastic edging, stone ground cover and weed barrier fabric in two flower beds within our condo association. Work was done in Jan. between snow falls. Initially job performance seemed satisfactory but as the weather warmed, splits opened up at the edging joints and areas of the edging came completely out of the grown. This was pointed out to owner during his visit to provide an additional bid, for the same work in two additional flower beds within our condo area. We have multiple flower bed in need of this work, Owner implied that he could correct this problem during this visit and sent out bid as requested. However, after multiple promises to resolve this issue, nothing was done and owner was informed we would not be using his services, in the future,
