      Joes carpet installed my carpet in October 2024. I called them back right away because I could see the seam. They sent the installer back out. He closed my blinds so the light didnt shine on the carpet and said I vacuumed the wrong direction. I called joes back and said do not send that guy back to my house. So they sent *****. She was good and redid the seam. She said the seam was good and the carpet had a defect. They sent the same installer back out and redid a small portion of the carpet. I could still see the seam so I called Joes and told them. They said to wait 3 months and they would come back out if the problem was still happening. I waited 3 months and called back that I could still see the seam. So on the 5th time they came back out they sent the owner, ***. *** told me its not that bad. He also told me he would send the manufacturer out to inspect and someone would call me. No one ever called me back so I called Joes again and I was told they arent going to do anything to fix my carpet. They said sometimes you can see the seam. I would have never bought carpet that I thought you could see the seam. So they refuse to fix their problem. I tried to get them to fix it and the owner refuses to stand by his work.

      We have contacted the customer and sent out different people to inspect. Although the seam was not super noticeable in person to our inspectors, we are working diligently with Mrs. ***** to get this issue resolved. We have ordered new carpet for the whole house and we are sending out a different installer that is an expert with seams to install the new carpet. We are also putting the seam in a different spot. Our goal is to satisfy the customer and thatis what we are tyring to do with Mrs. ******
