- We accept Cash app, Zelle, and bank deposit or wire transport. We also accept credit card but there will be extra charges to cover the bank fees.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
- You can cancelyour booking before your vehicle is dispatched to a driver. Cancellationhas to be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time otherwise youwill be charged $100 penalty fee to cover the gas cost of our driver. Ifyou cancel on time you will be refunded within 2 business days.
If you want tomake a cancellation for a container booking please do so before we assigneda trucker to pick up the container at the container yard. In the eventthat you cancel after the container was picked up at the container yardyou will be responsible for all the charges from the inland trucking andthe ocean carrier. These charges will be deducted from your deposit andthe remaining will be refunded within 2 business days. If the cancellationwas prior to dispatching a trucker to pick up the container than we willfully refund you within 2 business days.
If a service is done but delayedwe will not refund.
