    We do not recommend this company! We have actually used this company for years and they called us up recently and told us that we needed to switch from ******* to Directv to save money. As it turned out we had to pay $40 for an early disconnect fee. I called the company and the receptionist wouldn't listen to me, she kept interrupting me telling me to call back at a different time. This happened over and over. After trying to talk to her I finally said "You need to shut up and listen!" Then the general manager called me back and said that I needed to apologize to the receptionist because I swore at her. I do not swear and I did not swear then. I have never gotten my money back for the $40. We ended up cancelling our service completely and going with a different company. ***** and **************
