For apparel and merchandise we will accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at [email protected] for directions and reason for exchanges. Refunds are only offered as in store credit.
Our hair, mink eyelashes and cosmetics are FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation. NO returns or exchanges. If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at [email protected] IMMEDIATELY within 7 business days.
If your item is defective we will allow an exchange. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. For hair, hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in anyway. If our company decides to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for the shipping and shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed. We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 3-5 days processing for returns.WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY EXCHANGE.
