    Talk about a builder that looks, listens and figures your job with a sharp pencil ! ***** listens to what you want done and figures the job as such. If there is something that you want to do that might not work well for the job , ***** takes the time to tell you why your idea might not work and then takes the time to tell you how he can closely implement your idea in just a different way so the job is the closest resemblance of what you wanted. I will say what a pleasure it was to walk outside after ***** and his crewman, *****, were done with my job that everything was picked up, nice and tidy. THAT, in itself, is a great experience with a builder ! I will be a walking, talking advertisement for Redfern Builders as many folks look for a reliable builder who's word is even better than the contract. Very nice experience in a field of work where everyone has to be careful of not getting the job they paid for. With Redfern, you got the job and the good experience. After a couple years of searching for a quality builder who could not only do a good job but not break the bank trying to get rich off one job, I found BOTH in Redfern Builders. I plan on getting more work done and pleased to say Redfern will be my Go-To builders.

    Whatever you do, do not Use Anthoney Redfern for your contractor. Worst experience ever. It took him 6 months to get my house completed. I had a flood so I needed my Kitchen redone, Cabinet's, Floors and countertops and also a bedroom in our basement. He kept asking me for money before he completed the job. He would only work a couple of hrs a day and went 3 weeks or so without coming at all. Then when I would ask him why he wasn't coming to do the work he would tell me because he didn't have gas or couldn't afford it. I gave him thousands of dollars, what was he doing with all the money I gave him? He ran ou of my flooring and knew it but never ordered it so didn't have all the flooring and I went months without a kitchen floor. I also received a call from one of his other clients, a senior man and wife who was literally crying on the phone because ****** wouldn't finish their house after taking thousands of dollars from them as well. My heart goes out to these people and they need justice for what ****** has done to them. We are going to try and get it!! Just want people to be aware that he is a conman and do not do business with him at all!!

    We thank you again ******. We are sorry our vendor delayed us for all of that time. Sincerely was out of our control. We sat down many times to go over it and we even sat down with your husband calling Mowhawk to track the delivery that was stuck in a storm out of state during shipment. Again, we sincerely apologize that it took 5 weeks and that delays happened. We are still thankful for getting it done and you did sign off, if you still need any assistance, please call.
