I started bringing my 2022 **** F-250 into ************************** in ****************** ** over a year ago, the issue at hand was a code saying there was water in the fuel which then sends my truck into low power mode. I ordered this vehicle through them in June or July of 2021 and received in October of 2021. I have had the vehicle in there 7 to 10 times for the same issue all while being under warranty, this issue has never been fixed. I have been promised every time I have picked my truck up that it was fixed ( it has not), the last time I was told 100% this time never to return, also a lie. I have been inconvenienced and lost thousands of dollars because my truck is missing in action. They give me loaners that I can only drive for 500 miles before having to return, I drive that in 2 days sometimes so I have to switch out vehicle every few days which is taking time out of my day. They are now trying to charge me to diagnose the issue because the truck is not bumper to bumper any more. I will not be paying 1 single ***** to these corrupt people because this is on on going issue that they can not fix. I have been notified but not confirmed they do not have the proper mechanic with a diesel certificate to work on my vehicle. Between my time they have wasted and my truck that I have not been able to use for work I have lost approximately $15,000 in wages. I want them to buy the truck back from me for what I paid for it because I have never been able to use it fully for any length of time or give the $15,000 in lost wages and warranty the truck for life because there is clearly an electrical issue that will continue to come up. ********************* needs to do something to save some face.
