  After getting several estimates to have some tree trimming work. We decided to go with Longtree. They weren't the cheapest estimate. However, I really liked **** and the fact that he was a certified arborist. He took the time to talk about trimming to maintain the health and integrity of the trees. He even sent out addtional information, and a video that I could show to my neighbor, which supported why she needs to get rid of the dying Black Locus Tree that is on my fence line, falling on my house and in my yard. Along with the Locus, an Elm Tree hanging over my house that I've been trimming for thirty years. She won't even go half....forgive me I digress. I like that they were licensed and insuranced, too.**** handled the appointment promptly and professionally. When there was rain on the original scheduled date, **** quickly rescheduled us to the earliest date. ****** and the crew came out to do the job. I must admit there was a slight misunderstanding about the scope of the job.. ****** was patient and professional. I spoke with **** over the phone, and again, very professional. It was minor and quickly resolved. That's what you want when clarification and understanding need to be made. You should want a happy and satisfied customer. ****** made sure that I'd be one of them. I can say that my husband and I are satisfied customers. Great job, **********************! You can look at their crews work after the job is done and say that looks good. They clean up really nicely, too. My husband said to give you ten stars. I told him it only goes up to five, so I guess you'll have to settle for five.Keep up the good work and your professionalism. ***** G

  Longtree Did an Excellent Job with Helping me to Trim a Few Saplings and Clean Up Some Overgrown Brush Along My Fenceline. We live in tight quarters in ********* but the team did an excellent job with cleanup and left our yard spotless
