This business is spam calling my number. I have never inquired or requested contact and want them to stop calling me immediately. They call from multiple different numbers several times a day. Again i have never done business with nor solicited them to contact me. Place me on your no contact list .Business Response

Somehow my cell phone number is associated with my husbands credit when he makes an inquiry with any mortgage company regarding refinance. I am not even on the mortgage. I have asked repeatedly for this company to remove my name and number from their calling list and to stop calling. Even after I asked them to stop calling just yesterday I received a call at 9:15am this morning. I asked AGAIN for them to remove my name and number from their calling list and reported them to the *** and within an hour Ive received another call. And this man was so rude. He actually told me after complaining that this is the first time hes called me and I replied that it may be HIS first call to me but not his companys first call, he actually said he would LEAVE my number on the call list so they can call again in case I changed my mind.Business Response

I was using this mortgage company whom i was dealing with name ****. He had already pulled my credit and knew my income. But he had me to pay for an appraisal when he knew he could not approve my refinance due to my debt and my income was not enough. Thank you for reaching out. I understand your concerns, and Id like to clarify what happened during the loan process.
The appraised value of the property came in $10,000 lower than anticipated. Our team submitted a Reconsideration of Value, but the revised appraisal still came back $5,000 short. Unfortunately, this impacted our ability to pay off the debts we had planned, which in turn affected the debt-to-income (DTI) ratio.
The best solution would have been for an additional $5,000 to be brought to the closing table. Its important to note that the income figures were accurate from the outset, and no changes occurred during the process. The challenge arose from the appraised value, which was based on the estimated value provided at the initial application.
We sincerely wanted to help, but the available equity in the home limited the options we could offer. We hope this explanation provides some clarity.

The appraisal was $5000 less but my amount i own is $172000. I was getting a loan for $272000. But they had me to pay for appraisal when my debt to ratio was already high. I did not need to get my home appraisal if my debt ratio was already to highBusiness Response

Hello,
The debt-to-income (***) ratio only became a concern after the appraisal came in $5,000 lower than expected. This lower appraisal prevented us from paying off certain consumer debts as initially planned. Its important to note that your income remained consistent throughout the process. Had the appraisal matched the anticipated value, the *** issue would not have arisen.
The loan was processed and submitted using the same income from the beginning. Unfortunately, once the appraisal came back lower than expectedsomething beyond our controlthe only available option was to bring additional funds to the closing table to pay off the debt.
We regret that we couldn't proceed as originally intended, and we hope this explanation provides clarity on the situation.

Company will continue to call and harass you from multiple different phone numbers. I have blocked 6 different phone numbers and counting after telling 3 of them to stop calling me and remove me from whatever list they may have. I do not have a mortgage with them. During the last month, I have received multiple phone calls from this company. All calls are coming from different numbers; so, I am not able to just block one. The calls started at 7:30 AM and don't stop until 7:30 PM. When I initially answered a few of them, I told them to remove me from their mailing. Seconds to minutes later, I receive another slew of multiple calls, totaling 30+ something calls in one day! I am not even sure if this is the right company, as the callers (ID'd themselves as ****** ***** etc.), always give a different derivation of the company name when I do pick up the phone: Central Mortgage; Central Mortgage Income, Central Mortgage Services, Central Mortgage, LLC... Those calls just keep coming! Today, during two doc appts., I received 12+ calls from 7:40-9:40 AM.
