    On Thursday, May 2, 2024, I had an appointment for Mini Coolsculpting with Michigan Cosmetics Surgery; my technician's name was ******. I told her my face was swollen because I had oral surgery (I had dental implants placed on both sides of my mouth). She also took pictures. She had difficulties properly fitting the apparatus to the area. It took her a few times, its piece kept slipping off. She told me he held off from taking my credit card because she wasn't sure I would be able to have the procedure performed. When the apparatus was able to get a suction, I did not move my head because I didn't want it to fall off. ****** told me that I could come back in month 2 to take pictures to see the progress, with full results in month 3.In month 2, I contacted the office to tell them, that there was no difference - they asked me to send in pictures. When I called and spoke to ******, she told me that I needed liposuction and she was making an appointment for me to come in on month 3 to complete papers for a refund.On August 5, 2024, I came in for my appointment, and she made no mention of a refund. She took pictures and said to come back in month 4. The procedure did not work, and I think the primary reason was that it was not placed properly on my under-chin area. ****** was talking about things such as how we should be thankful every day, and she loved my dress and shoes, it was ridiculous. I called to speak to the manager ******, who said she would call me back but did not.
