Do NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Booked and gave a deposit of $85 three hours later they called and said oh we don't have the nlblack limo available u booked. We have a white one for another 165$ dollars. I said we have a verification email and paid deposit a legal binding contract. The owner said he'd discount and get it to us. I rented it 4-8 I asked a week prior to our event if we could extend it till 9pm. He said email him he'll be in the office in a couple hours. He never responded till 2 days later and said no we have an event at 9. Now one day to the event they cancel. We called with a different number tonight at 10:45pm and asked what's available for Saturday the owner said what time? Lmao stay away were going to court now

This man has a history on social sites like yelp of being very negative towards many companies! We had to cancel on him due to driver having tested positive with covid just prior to their event. We had no other driver to drive him. We regretfully contacted him immediately to let him know. Everything he states prior to "Now one day to the event they cancel" is communication we had about accomodating his event. We then agreed on vehicle and cost. Everything was fine up to when we had to cancel. Then he went on a social site rampage, including BBB. This is a disgrace and not a substantiated complaint. Not to mention him admitting to calling us from another phone# to see if we are lying or something... NOT FAIR AT ALL Please if possible remove this nonsense!

COMPLETELY BOGUS REVIEW... To start this man has a history of posting negative reviews! Click here to see what im talking about. Or see the pics we attached. They show alot of 1 star reviews to many companies, and very few of nice ones. Definately a review addict. Anyway, Reading his complaint, he starts saying he gave an $85 Dep., cheaper then most companies. Second, our Black Limo did have some mechanical issues, so we up graded him to a newer bigger limo that was white. He agreed to the slightly increased price. I did discount the white limo as he says, due to our fault of having the black one out of service. He had this limo booked a while prior to his event. He calls days before the event asking for more time, going into what is normally a 2nd job time frame for the day, (a night out)! A little too late to ask for extended time as we book jobs more then a week in advance. We had a 2nd job booked that day and could not give him more time then he originally scheduled as we were scheduled to pickup another group an hour after dropping him off. It was a day & 1/2 before we contacted him because we were closed for that time. We did cancel his Limo (2) days prior to his event, because our driver had got the covid virus. We could not get another driver in time to service him. This was not common for us, and we do feel bad we could not perform his event. We did fully refund his deposit, and offered a hefty discount for a future rental. He was simply just RUDE, and would not let us speak. I understand his emotions were high, and I just let him vent. We have been in business over 15 years. We do own our vehicles, and the rep. that assisted him, had made this reservation on his own. We do allow our employees to go on their own to reserve runs when they are not on the clock. The rep. that assisted Tearl Powell, is employed by our company and has been with us for 3+ years, with an impecible record.
