    My 2019 **** Q5 was totaled after hitting a large deer. My insurer, **********, gave me a price that they would reimburse me for the damages, but my research showed it was lower than it should. The agent working on the claims told me I could ask for an independent appraisal, which would cost me $249 and suggested total loss.com.I spoke to him, gave him all the information, and he did some background research before I had to pay anything. He suggested that I should be able to get more from State Farm if I appealed it through him. Two days later, State Farm agreed to give me $2500 more.***** was easy to work with, very quick with his communications, and that $249 I spent on him got me $2500 more. Not a bad deal!!!I 1000% suggest using his services at TOTALLOSS.COM
