              MY HUSBAND AND I BUILT A HOUSE THROUGH LOMBARDO AND WE CLOSED ON 05/017/22. PRIOR TO CLOSING THERE WERE ITEMS THAT WERE BROUGHT TO THE ATTNETION OF THE BUILDER VIA **********, ************** AND NOW PROHOME, THE REP IS ********. WE PAID FOR A **** TO EXTERIOR, WHICH HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED, THE THERMOSTAT IS EXREEMELY LOW, THE ** UNIT HAS NOT BEEN LEVELED AND THE **** IN THE STUDY DOES NOT OPEN. IT HAS BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF A NIGHTMARE. I WAS TOLD BY ****, THE **** CORDINATOR AT THE ***** THAT THE ISSUES WOULD BE RESOLVED AND IT HAS NOT BEEN. I WAS THEN DIRECTED TO PROHOME AND THAT IN ITSELF IS A COMPLETE JOKE. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND INSTEAD OF COMPLETING THE REQUESTED AND PAID FOR ITEMS, I GET THE RUN AROUND. THE "TRADES" THAT THEY HAVE COMING TO "FIX" THESE ISSUES ARE NOT QUALIFIED. I HAVE RAN THE ***** EOF EMAILING AND CALLING THEM AND THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED!

              **** didn't do what he said. It was an awful experience working with this companyhorrible quality. The builders buried small PVC pieces, chipping small pieces of siding under the ground, including nails; our home was the last one built on the lot, and they rushed everything through. All over, the quality is terrible. But you cannot contact them after the paper is signed off. ProHome is doing an awful job. ******** didn't response to emails, when she does response, she will ignored the very question that had asked. She even lied that our phone numbers had changed, but in reality, they had not changed. They didn't do the final grading, and **** ignored this. He said if we put sod on it, it should take care of the green **** spots in our backyard.
