I made a payment of $547 on August 11, 2022 through Venmo. The payment was made to **** Chapman (user name: @************************************. The payment represented agreed upon fees for Ms. *********************** resume services. I have used Ms. Chapman's services prior. We exchanged a series of emails (August 2022) to align on the project. We also had a call (August 2022) for her to finalize information to complete my resume draft. She confirmed it would be about two weeks turnaround time to complete. On or about two weeks later, I hadnt heard back from her. I reached out via email on September 19th to check on the project. She told me her mother had just passed away and my resume was top priority. I have not heard from her since. Since 9/19, *** reached out via her personal email (which came back undelivered), via LinkedIn (three times) and telephone, with no response. I'd like a total refund of my money promptly since the work was not completed. I hope you can assist as my next step will be contacting legal counsel.
