              THE AFRICAN AMERICAN FEMALE REPRESENTATIVE AT THIS LOCATION I FEEL ARE TREATING ME UNFAIRLY INCLUDING THE **** THAT FIRST STATE BANK ARE FULLY AWARE THAT I AM AT AN AWFUL LOST FROM 19 YEARS OF IDENTITY THEFT AND HAVE SUFFERED MORE THEN ENOUGH FROM THIS TRAGEY CRIME. I WERE AT THIS LOCATION RECENTLY AND SPOKE TO THE AFRICAN AMERICAN DESK ASSISTANCE THE OTHER WHITE FEMALE ASSISTANT, SHE SAID WERE NO LONGER WITH THEM. WHOM HAD RESOLVED SUCH ISSUES FOR ME IN THE PAST OF ECCESSIVE ****. THE **** INFORMED ME THAT SHE WERE SENDING OUT AN REQUEST TO REMOVE THE **** AND I KNOWN IT WAS PROBABLY SOME TRICKERY TO IT WHEN SHE SAID THAT. WHEN I CALLED THE CALL IN CENTER, THE **** ANSWERED SAID NO ONE HAD REQUESTED THAT **** BE REMOVED AND LEFT ME IN SERIOUS DEBT. I HAVE HIRED AN ATTORNEY TO DEAL WITH MY 19 YEARS OF MISSING SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS. ACCOUNT ENDING ****
