    Ordered a BabyLock Flare Embrodery Machine in July 2022, paid in full at the time of order, and as of August 1, 2023 I still have not received my machine. I also took monthly Embrodery classes at the store so that I would learn how to use the machine. Each month it was just another excuse as to why I didnt receive my machine. I also contacted the **************** and was informed that they are not an authorized dealer. ******** has informed me to report them to the proper authorities (I have their email stating this). I tried recouping my money through the credit card company, but I missed that time of opportunity to do so. Now I have had a lawyer contact the business demanding my money back. They also owe me a refund for an additional class that was cancelled. I will pursue further legal action if necessary but would hope not to have to spend more money on this action.

    I purchased a sewing machine (Baby Lock Solaris2) from Kens Sewing on July 22, 2022. I have not received the machine. Initially, I was told by ****** it would be delivered to Kens in two weeks. I purchased the machine through *************** I filed a dispute on April 11, 2023 with Synchrony. It could take up to 60 days to get a resolution. I have had many excuses from ******. Many of our conversations were over the phone. I will share the emails in supporting docs. I will email documentation. There seems to be a problem with the system
