      Ordered Wi-Fi and sat tv from these people. Was told by *********************** the salesman, installer would show us how to use it. When installed I asked him to show us how to use. He said I just install. Promised a 100$ Hughesnet rebate. After install I was told that program was discontinued and I wasnt eligible by Futurevision. DirectTV I was promised a 400$ gift card. I was told by Futurevision I had to deal with DirectTV. They told me there is not a 400$ gift card program. When I called Futurevision I was told that gift cards would be arriving to them in a few weeks and mailed to me. After a month still no gift card. I called them with no response. The call was 2 weeks ago.

      At the beginning of March we learned that our Satellite TV Provider, Dish Network, had been hacked and we were interested in changing providers. We took a phone solicitation from FUTURE VISION sales representative *******. ******* stated he represented multiple TV service providers and we agreed upon DIRECT TV. ******* inquired about our use/routines for watching TV. We told him what we were currently paying and ******* came up with a plan which included Premium Channels and an Ultimate package. He quoted us a cost of $138.00 / month for 24 months, stating the premium channels would continue throughout the life of the contract and that we would save about $2000.00 dollars over that 24 months. We specifically asked 2 times if we would have to call ********* every 3 months to renegotiate the price of the premium channels. ******* said they would be at the quoted price for ********************************** at $168.00, not $138.00 and we learned that the premium channels were only a promotion until June 6, 2023. MANY attempts to communicate with ******* including calls and messages left on his phone/extension were unsuccessful, Finally when we called on April 21, 2023, we tried the ******* option and asked to speak to *******. We heard his voice in the background indicating he did not want to speak to **. The sales rep we were speaking with stated "I can't make him talk to you" . We stated we wanted the entire package that was sold to ** at the quoted price. The new sales rep tried to sell ** another plan and we repeated we wanted the original quoted deal. We said we can report you to the Better Business Bureau. In the background we heard *******'s voice saying "HANG UP" and the call was disconnected. We then called the BBB who recommended going through the complaint process. direct

      DATE OF SERVICE WAS 2/24/2030. I was solicited by a salesperson named *******, ************. I had Dish for TV and Hughesnet for internet. He stated that he could switch both to ********* and Viasat. He did not give the name of the company, the installer came out, no business card, no paperwork after installation, no contact numbers, was told that ********* bill would be $71.00 per month and Viasat would be $69,95 per month all taxes and fees included. I was able to contact national corporations of ********* and Viasat to find that the pricing quoted was $12 to $15 dollars per month more expensive that ******* quoted me. I have tried to contact the company several times and have not gotten a return phone call. I also spoke with a ****** at the same company with no response. ************. I to date have not gotten any return calls. Was not given any information regarding my account why I was lied to on the pricing or any paperwork for installation and was charged on my bank card and after speaking with the national providers they informed me that my card was charged for both ********* and Viasat. I did not give permission at any time to be billed to my card and signed absolutely nothing. This clearly is a scam company as again I was given nothing from installer as far as paperwork or any way to contact the actual company. I am confident they are not informing people to the correct amount they are going to be charged up front and let the customer be shocked when they finally contact the national companies to set up the accounts and get blind sided with the upcharges. So I am going on over a week with calling at least 10 times with no return calls from anyone at Future Vision Enterprises. Totally frustrating when even the national companies when asked had no clue as to who the company was or how to contact them. Obviously, a fly by night outfit.       ********************* with future vision contacted me to offer a better deal for my satellite TV service. I was with Dish Network and DirecTV was offering a better deal. Before switching I asked about some of my families favorite channels, and whether they were available with DirecTV. I told **** if they weren't available or included with the package I wasn't interested. **** assured me that I would be receiving those channels (MeTV and Bally Sports). Before switching I questioned it again because 2 years ago MeTV was not available on DirecTV, again he assured me I would receive both in my package. We went with the switch to DirecTV and am not receiving either channel. In fact MeTV isn't even a available. I notified **** and he had some excuse for the MeTV and said they would *** have entered the wrong package but would get it changed so I would receive Bally Sports. I still get neither channel and Future Vision will not return my calls. I want them to switch my service back to Dish Network. I feel this was a classic case of bait and switch.

      Today, December 14, at **** hours, I received another phone call from a business I severed ties with. I have no financial responsibility to this company and have continued to receive phone calls from them. Their manager, ******, was requested by myself to talk this over and she was told that Future Vision was requested to have no more contacct with me as this is now badgering. She hung up on me. This company is not professional. I would not promote this company at all and personally give them an F rating.

      This business cannot seem to get the hint when you tell them to not call anymore. I've used their services to acquire sattelite TV and internet. When I was finished with their services I repeatedly asked them to not call anymore as their services are no longer required. The complaint would include continued harrassment on the phone, being referred to as "brother", and also continued pushing a religious agenda by *************************************** that works there. This is not a business that I would suggest doing any business with.

      On 9/6/2022 I got a call from Future Vision saying they seen we were getting Viasat Satellite Internet put in and since we were getting Viasat put in would like to switch to ********* at the same time since they partner with Viasat and they could bundle them together for a better rate. I said well I will have to call Dish who we are currently contracted with to see if we are out of contract and ******* from future vision whom I was speaking with said oh you wont have to do that I pulled it up and have your account pulled up right in front of me, told me my account number and told me my current package with dish and our supposedly contract date. He stated that our contract was up with Dish and it wouldnt cost us nothing to switch to ********* since our contract is up with Dish. He said dont call them to cancel or anything till we have all of our equipment installed at your home. So I did just that believing him and later that day I called Dish to cancel and come to find out we are still in a contract with Dish for another year and it would cost us $267 to cancel our remaining 12 month contract with Dish. ******* straight up lied to me. I called him and he said oh really that ***** we will be sending you a gift card to pay the contract off. They never sent the gift card, I kept calling and left voicemails to ******** phone letting him know we never received it. I called and hung up on multiple time then finally spoke to a supervisor he was very rude and he said that they wouldnt do anything and that was on me to not check to make sure our contract with Dish wasnt up. I stated well your employee lied to me and when I went to go call dish he advised me not to, now I know why, because he wanted to make a sale, he didnt care about the customer on the other end. I would have never signed up with them if I had known all this was going to take place I would have just stayed with Dish. Then to lie again and say we will be sending you a gift card to pay it off.

      This business reached out to me in an attempt to sell me an internet service. I explained to them that I was not interested as I did not want an internet service with soft data caps and that i was currently on a waitlist for a plan that was what i was looking for. They explained that they offered an plan with no soft data caps for 71$ per month thru ****** net. This was slightly less that the plan I was waiting on a waitlist currently for so i was interested. I told them i was think about it and let them know. After reaching bac kn out to them they explained for a second time that this plan had no soft data caps several times, the employee even confirmed this with the manager while on the phone with me. Them proceeded to tell me that if I signed up that i would qualify for a 350$ prepaid **** card that they would send to me immediately after signing up. So I decided to sign up. After about 2 months of having the service I was having alot of issues with slow/unusable internet. I reached out to them and was told i need to contact ****** net support. After contacting ****** net they explained that i only had a 35GB soft cap. I reached back out to Future Vision and the manager was very rude and was not willing to do anything for their scam they pulled on me. Still have not received my prepaid card they promised either. The bad part is now I am locked into a 2 year contract with ****** net because they falsely sold me a plan that didnt exist. And in order to drop out of my contract I would need to spend 300+ dollars to cancel. Rrading other reviews it appears this company does this to many others and needs to be stopped for their scam calls.
