      Movers arrived to a home we sold on 6/24/25 to move heavy/large items like couches, beds, tvs, consoles, etc. The movers were unprofessional throughout the day, observed them abusing substances and damaged and broke many of our objects while damaging the floors/walls of both homes as well. I immediately reached out to ***** about the concerns who instructed me to fill out an insurance claim letter which I completed on 6/28/25. I had to follow up with both ***** and his mom ****** multiple times about the status since many items were broken and needed to be replaced and I had hoped to get the insurance money to replace those items. After finally reviewing my claim form, ****** stated in email on 7/18 that they will pay me $900 because I did not opt for their insurance and this is the standard. I had several thousand dollars worth of broken items. I asked her to send me a check and on 7/21 she said she will do it that week. I reach out to her in August because I havent received the money and she replies on 8/6 that they have switched banking accounts but doesnt have checks yet so she will send it as soon as those arrive. I reach out again on 8/16 and 8/20 because I havent received my settlement and on 8/21 I get this email reply If I can, Monday I will send you the whole total of $900 if not I will send you $450.00 the balance by the next week. I hope you can understand, and I am thankful for your patience while I work through this.       This claim was settled and the Henrys were reimbursed $900.  

      if they did not receive payment they should reach out directly to me.
