    This company is doing business under two names - Spice Jungle and (dba) Beanilla. I ordered from the Beanilla website, but there is no listing for Beanilla under the BBB website, only their Spice Jungle name. I placed an order on Nov. 9th and was charged at that time. I did not see any confirmation email about this order so I called multiple times but could not reach anyone as nobody picks up the phone. On Nov. 14th I finally reached someone at the company, who told me that the company was behind on orders due to an inventory they were doing on Nov. 10th & 11th. I told him they should have indicated that on the website so that people would know what to expect. He told me he would "expedite" the order and that the order would ship immediately. Now it's Nov. 16th and there is no confirmation email concerning this order. I have called repeatedly but nobody answers the phone at this company - a strong indicator of disrepute for any company. When you call their phone number, you have to Press 1 for Spice Jungle and Press 2 for Beanilla. No matter which option I choose, nobody ever answers during regular business hours.I emailed the company on the 14th and told them that I expected a discount or some courtesy free items for all the time and aggravation they are causing me. I have called them six times in the last few days but always no answer, no returned phone calls when I leave voicemails, no reply to emails. I need this order sent immediately and I expect compensation for all the time spent trying to reach them and having to file a BBB complaint.
