    Entered into contract agreement with 'M and A Services' on January 26th, 2023 for a fence and three gates to be build on property. Paid $2,000 for material costs. Installation began on March 8, 2023. Final payment $2,022 made on March 17th. Shortly after, I communicated frustration with the largest gate on north side of property. It was not lining up correctly. No response from **** at M and A. Between March 2023 and July 2023, contacted company several times via text, phone, and email. In this time, the other two gates began to fail. They were not properly aligned or anchored, leading to warping and inability to open/close. Finally spoke to **** in August via phone call and he came out to see the problem. He apologized and reset post for gate on South side of home on August 28, 2023. Added wire to North and South gates to "square them" and provide support. This was meant to be a temporary fix until he could "do it right". **** left a text message on 8/28/23 stating: "Good afternoon, we will need to come back tomorrow to work on a couple of things, the double gate doesn't line up and needs to be worked on that's on us and we want to fix that as it should have never been left like that. The same is true for the other side as it's out of line just a little bit and the pickets have too many holes in them from the other latch. ************** tomorrow." I agreed to have them come back, but they never did. **** never responded to follow up calls and text messages. To date, M and A Services has not come back to fix the gates. Nor have they responded to messages.
