I have shopped at this store for years and really love the products. Today I met the owner and will never shop there again! I walked into the store in ********** while on the phone. She rudely asked me to leave and take my phone call outside. I left. It was bothering me that I was treated so rudely at a store that I love in my home town. I called her to explain myself and kindly suggest that she be more compassionate and polite. When I introduced myself, she immediately hung up on me. I called again and she hung up again. So, I entered the store. I tried to explain the importance of the call (I had just walked in when she asked me to leave.) I told her I was a long time customer and had spent hundreds of dollars over the years in her store and was disappointed yes with her lack of compassion and customer service. She demanded to know my name so she could look me up and see just how much money I had spent in her store. She also said I spoke too loudly on the phone and would disturb the customers (I saw no one in the store) that she said were in the dressing rooms at the back of the store. When I told her that I was deaf in one ear and apologized for taking loudly, she laughed at me and again insisted that I tell her me name again. I am astonished that she cared so little about what a customer felt and thought of her store. She clearly judged me from my appearance (straight from physical therapy) and figured that someone dressed like me couldnt spend hundreds of dollars at her store. She laughed at my disability and didnt care about losing me as a customer. How disappointing!
