    In June, 2020, I hired prorestore to pack out and store the contents in my basement, which had water damage to the carpet, dry wall and baseboard. All was destroyed in the bathroom except the sauna benches, heater, and other sauna necessities. Prorestore inspected everything packable for any defects(e.g. a huge car rim clock was placed in my storage because prorestore wouldn't take responsibility. I told them that I would take responsibility if it were returned broken. They also found a tear on a theater chair before packing it. In fact, they made sure of the condition of the contents, and, where necessary, relieved themselves of fault. I agreed that any pack out not covered was at my own risk. They found no other breaks or tears. I was perturbed by them removing and packing up all of my pictures (30) that had nothing to do with the damage, dismantling the electronics and contents in my entertainment system. They also removed all of my glasses(crystals, hand blown, signature anniversary glasses(my parents are deceased), plastics, liquor, which was carefully placed on the pool table. These items weren't in the way. My contents were in store for almost a year. On June 24, 2021, prorestore had scheduled and returned my contents. The supvr, ******, upon opening the truck, told the workers to hurry because they had an appt in dearborn. She told me she needed a check for $6,666.93 before anything could be moved. I questioned her and she said it was company policy. I said, "Show me the policy". She said it's a verbal policy and called the admnr, ******, who cosigned this LIE. POLICIES are written documents. I gave the check and she rushed the movers to "just put the 28 boxes anywhere and they dropped boxes down without care. I have replaced broken glass on pictures, I must find a person to replace my door facing, replace my crystals, and wash my smeared wall; I need compensation for the other broken glasses. I sent several emails and have been continuously ignored. NEXT?
