  I started to work for this company in Dec 16th 2022. My first assignment I was sent to I worked for one day. It was a horrible nursing home. I had to wait until *** 4th 2023 to get my first paycheck from them. They state that they cant pay me until funds are released from the facility and they have 14 days from date if receipt for the facility to send the funds. Well obviously it was more then that seeing I got paid on the 4th of Jan 2023. I worked 2 more days for them Jan 2nd and 3rd. I still have not received pay from them again and we are on the 25th of the month. Once again they used the same excuse. I thought if your running a business you should already have money for payroll set aside to pay your employees on the dates that are said to be the paydates and not make them wait almost a whole month to get paid. People have lives have rent, mortgages, bills, children to raise for companies to take advantage and take time to pay. Well I went to the facility I was working for to find out whats going on. They were even surprised I havent been paid. So the agency became upset, cancelled the rest of my shifts. I got notification on the app so I didnt go to work. They called to ask why I didnt show up for my shift and I told them because you guys cancelled me. She said no, I told her I screen shot all the emails if you would like me to send to you. She said no and fired me.. this is by far the worse place to work for. They do not need to be in business. Especially with their passive aggressive attitude. We work to make a living not to be taken advantage. All I want is to get paid.

  If I could give negative points I would. I was employed by this company for a shifts as a CNA. I left pretty quickly when I realized that the company does not pay on time, or sometimes not at all. My first pay check was not paid on time. When it finally was paid they sent it though cash app. My second and final paycheck has not been paid at all. I have been trying to resolve the issue of my missing wages with Allegiant for 3 months now. They have been nothing but rude, dismissive, and degrading. Their HR department is absolutely useless and hostile. An example of the type of responses I get when trying to resolve the complaint:"I would say this needs to be the last email regarding this because I feel insulted by your claims." -Allegiant HR Department I was told by Allegiant that they do not even know why I keep calling and emailing them, that I need to wait and be patient because they have more important things to worry about. They have now given me 3 different excuses as to why my wages have not been paid. They are placing blame on outside parties and trying to make me feel as though I'm overreacting to the fact that I worked an 8.5 hour overnight shift at an overpopulated nursing home for free. They have been playing games to cheat me out of the money I earned. And the best part is they still send me texts and emails requesting that I pick up more shifts. DO NOT work for this company.
