I hired CertaPro on May 2022, The disputed amount is $10,800 for painting the interior of my home. When ****** came out to my home to give me an estimate he was very courteous, and professional, convincing so naturally my impression of Certapro was good. He put my mind at ease when he said things like we will give you a 2 year warranty on all our work and "our workers will cover all your floors the moment they walk through the door so that they are protected, due to the fact that all my carpet and hardwood floors are brand new! Well that didn't happen, drop clothes went down ONLY when sanding/painting was about to begin, during the repair stage when they spackled there was nothing covering my carpet Or ******* floors. They literally ruined all my walls in my home Beyond repair! There was absolutely NO Primer rolled on ANY of my walls ( even though I paid for it!) Permanent damage throughout my home. Although he was done I felt like he had only changed the color of my walls, nothing else, everywhere I looked I could see where repairs had been made, bleeding through the new paint, so disappointing, roller naps on every wall, nail holes, paint drips. When I got a chance to speak with the owner( *****) to discuss these issues he said he would like to come have a look, so we had him into our home and all he did was make excuses, right down to his thoughts on repairs.. he started to scream at me, bully me, try to intimidate me with his condescending tone. He promised me that everything would be fixed but every time **** and his brother returned they caused more damage so I had enough and asked for a refund. He promised me and my husband that the crappy repairs and repaint would be done properly but that never happened. I paid extra to get all my downstairs baseboards done which later they splattered paint all over them. ***** claimed he put in an insurance claim, which is a lie. We want a full refund immediately.
